This chickadee hit the second floor window and was so stunned that we ended up bringing it inside and putting it into a box with a metal rack over it. Not too long afterward, it was clinging to the rack peering about the kitchen. We let it go outside, and it flew off with a "cheep!"
Poor thing. :(

Ah but that Cheep says a lot: Thanks for the warm kitchen, Nice design must tell the wife we are building our nest soon, or Leave the window open next time.
